"Big Bob" Andrews
Program Director and Master Runner
Bob is a USA Track & Field certified coach, a personal fitness trainer and a life-long runner who has 30+ years of coaching experience. He is a former school record holder at University of Pennsylvania, a Shore AC Master Runner and the former American Master record holder in the 4 x 800.
In addition to being the founder and director of Gone Running, LLC, Bob is a volunteer assistant track and cross country coach for Manalapan High School.

Will is a USA Track & Field certified coach and former champion runner with over 20 years of experience motivating and training runners at every level. He is the Assistant Track Coach at Tottenville High School on Staten Island and a high school English teacher. He and his wife, Andrea, have two children and reside in Jamesburg.

Joe Compagni comes to Gone Running after 24 years experience as the Director and Head Coach of Men’s and Women’s Track & Field and Cross Country at Monmouth University. Under his leadership, they won a total of 58 team championships in both the NEC and MAAC. Compagni earned Coach of the Year honors on 58 different occasions - in the Northeast Conference (NEC), the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC), and 8 times as a USTFCCCA NCAA Division I Mid-Atlantic Region Coach of the Year.

Erin is a USA Track & Field certified coach, state certified elementary and special education teacher and Shore AC competitor, volunteer and event director. She resides in Middletown with her husband, Patrick, and two children.

Liz is a USA Track & Field certified coach with over 20 years experience as a Health and Physical Education teacher. She loves running and, as a coach, aims to inspire young runners to love the sport and develop as life-long runners.
Liz's greatest joy comes from watching her two sons, as well as other runners she has coached, achieve their fitness goals.
